the lockout switch in the drivers door is stuck in the LOCKED position, replace the drivers side master control panel to fix it.

I agree, though it might be possible to simply clean the switch. If not, replace it. It's an easy change.

the defrost button blinking, is it only when you push the button to try and turn it on (btw the defrost button only runs the rear window and the heated mirrors)?

if its only when you try to use the defrosters there is likely an open heating element in the circuit.

no the defrost light blinks constantly as soon as you turn the key to the on position it starts to blink and nothing changes when you push the button it just blinks and I cant turn the A/C on i push the A/C button but nothing happens the light wont come one and the compressor doesnt start to run. I called dodge and they told me it would be 80 to diagnose it and then more if they have fix or replace anything.
