Default 2003 dodge durango slt 4.7 v8

I have a 2003 dodge durango slt 4.7 v8. Lately came across a problem. it has been misfiring on cylinder 4. i have replaced all eight plugs and the ignition coil on the one cylinder. It still has the same misfire problem. does anybody have any advice?

I just bought a Durango After looking at MANY locally, I was "stuck" between one just like yours ('03 w/a 4.7) and another, I decided to get the 01 with quite a few more miles because it has the 360 of which I am much more familiar with... but my next step would probably be to look hard at the injector on that hole, then if that fails check compression on that hole and at least 1 other adjacent.
