I have a 1999 Durango 5.9 V8 Magnum 4x4
left cell phone plugged into charger when I boosted battery to start truck would only run about .5 an hour then die could I have killed the alternator or there was also a clicking sound from behind the glove box

What exactly are you asking?

I was thinking the same, post would benefit much from additional punctuation.

You could have killed something by not jumping the truck correctly but, having your cell phone plugged in should have no effect on killing anything. you could have killed anything for the alternator to the voltage regulator to the PCM itself.

sounds like you need a new battery
