Lifting my 01 rango

Hey guys im new here but i have owned an 01 Durango slt 4x4 for a few years now. I just put on new 3 inch torsion keys and 2 inch shackles, my thing is,of course,i want a bit more and i was thinking about doing a3inch block in the rear and coil spacers in the front, what do you think? Im rolling on stock 16 inch rims and im looking to get a 285/75r16 (correct me if im wrong i think thats about a 33inch) tire put on. Im pretty sure they will fit now with the t/s lift i did but if you guys/gals have any suggestions on ways to get a litter higher with out body liftin please let me know. Also do i need to adjust my steering column or shocks at all if i go bigger?

I think any additional lift you are going to need to address control arms, and balljoints. You are probably at the limits now. The 33's won't fit with the three inch lift?

I suspect, that to go any higher, you would be much better off getting 5" lift kit, that comes with everything you need, and sell off what you don't need. (like the torsion keys, and rear blocks.....) LOTS more money though. Check out the first gen durango section though, they will have the right info for ya. :)

The axle is on top of the springs, so blocks will actually lower it. There are also no coil springs on the front, it has torsion bar suspension. Only the 2WDs had coil springs in the front. To go more than you already are you're going to be looking at one of those fancy replacement suspension setups. There are a couple guys on here with them. Duranged408 comes to mind first.

Thanks guys ive been researching around about a few things i had heard about like the no coils thing then i looked and seen there were non haha my bad, but your info was def. helpfull i am pretty sure the 33's will fit with what i have now, but my roomy has a lifted truck with 33s and i like his hight so i think ill at least do the body lift of 3 inches i think thats prefect hight.

You could have saved some money by using the factory shackles and going 2". 3" is too much for the factory front end to stay reliable, you are gonna go through parts left and right.

Shackles? Mean torsion keys?

So if 3 is going to wear other parts down fast, i should crank them down a little and then body lift it? Can anyone suggest a good body lift i hear the pa lifts need fabrications i dont know if its true or not. And if i lift the body after having dobe t/s lift will i need to adjust steering column at all of anything else likd that?
