2002 dodge Durango. The gas pedal is limp and the vehicle turns over but wont start. This a tps issue maybe?

Check the TPS sensor, throttle body, and cables.

But first you really need to tell us what exactly we are working on, there are different motors and drive train.

Try starting it with another key if you have one. They use RFID to send a signal to the ecm and they do go bad resulting in a crank/no start condition

2002 4.7 v8 engine. Was driving home and the gas pedal lost all power. Holding it to the floor the truck would barely move. Trying to start it the gas pedal has none of the previous feel to it very limp and dead and the truck just continuously turns over without starting.
