2002 Durango reae hatch won't open.
 

Need help. 2002 Durango, my rear hatch won't open. I can use the switch on the door and the key fob. I can hear the lock operate with both the switch and the fob but it still won't open. Don't know what to do next. Hope someone can help. Thank You. O - R

Great video, just answered my question. Now to go free the door on my mothers Durango.
