Exclamation 99 5.9 4x4 slt having issue with idling and a sort of knock

Hello, need advice on what to do, been doing it a while, sometimes when driving at low speeds aka 10-45 ill start to lose lose power like its not getting gas or air and itll start making a knocking sound but if i push the peddle all the way to the floor itll stop for a bit, then sometimes when stoping itll idle real low almost to zero or just shut off completely, anyone else have this issue, and if so know anyway to fix it?

Trouble idling is normally either a battery/battery connection issue or an IAC (idle air control) valve issue.

Default Idle issue

I'd check air filter and the fuel filter also. I know it's a silly thing to suggest but from my experience that is the culprit more times than you'd think.
