1999 durango hesitation and sputters
 

I've got a 1999 Dodge Durango. When you first start it up, and accelerate down the road it hesitates and sputters until you let up on the gas, then it will run ok. Any idea what I'm dealing with here?

how often does it do it...my does the same thing every once and awhile...you let off the gas and get back on it and its ok.

My 2000 Dodge Durango SLT 4X4 w/ the 4.7L "MAGNUM" V-8 did it... the dealer had to do a tune up, replace one of the ignition coils, and upgraded the computer... $250!
