Enginge swap 1994 3.5 for 1995 3.5

Can anyone tell me what modifications I need to make on a 1994 Intrepid 3.5 I have to replace a 1995 Concorde 3.5. The guy at the salvage yard told me it was not just a bolt in but couldn't tell me what the modifications were. Anybody out there know?

Apparently the difference is in the comppression ratio on the 93-94 3.5 being 10.5:1 and the 95-97 ratio is 9.6:1. I'm thinking that using 95 electronics with the 94 block will give me more HP but will deffinitely have to use the midgrade to avoid Knocks.

DONE IF BEFORE. ALSO IF YOU ARE RUNNING AIR CONDITIONING THERE IS 2 WIRES MISSING FROM THE 4 WIRE HARNESS IN THE LEFT OF THE ENGINE ON THE CONCORD HARNESS. ONE IS FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING CLUTCH AND THE OTHER IS THE POWER FOR THE COIL PACKS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ENGINE. JUST RUN JUMPERS TO THOSE TWO THINGS AND YOUR GOOD TO GO. IF YOU USE YOUR OLD ENGINE HARNESS IN IT'S ENTIRITS NO MODS ARE NECESSARY. LOT OF WORK FOR VERY FEW EXTRA PONYS. ONE OTHER THING. YOU NEED TO SWITCH THE OIL PRESSUR GAUGE ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT SIDE OF THE ENGINE BY THE FILTER HOUSING. THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT STYLE PLUG IN. iF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TOOL TO REMOVE THESE YOU CAN CLIP THE HARNESS AND USE YOU OLD PLUG IN.
