1997 dodge intrepid, 3.5 engine, 184,000 miles. Sometimes, on cold start up, power steering pump is noisy and steering fluid is overflowing at reservoir cap. Before this happened, steering fluid level... was between cold and hot fill lines and steering system had been bled , by turning wheel Lock to Lock about 10 times ----- with front wheels off the ground. Car was driven 1200 miles, before this last incident------ with no issues. Today, I started car, power steering pump was quiet with no problems..... car had been sitting for about 6 weeks
