My car won't start my radio, lights, and windshield wipers still work. could it be my starter? theres not clicking noise or anything when i turn the key

 

could beur ground or the positive wire 2 ur starter,and did u try boosting it.

 

Check the Battery and ground connections. Try swapping the starter relay in the power distribution center and check the starter fuse. Could also be the Park/neutral switch on an ATX or the clutch petal switch on a MTX.

 

I think i'm just gonna give up on this car and sell it for cheap and just start over with a new car i've put more into this car than what its worth and considering i'm a college student i can't afford very much

 

^^^^Oh dont just give up that easily. Im a college student too and I have problems with mine sometimes too, but just dont give up. Try and find out whats wrong and maybe you will fix it.

This happened to me yesterday.
I went to the tigers game and at 11:30 i went back to my car with me friends and the car wouldn't turn.
Battery would still turn on, wipers and lights would work.
Some black guy found out the ECU code or seomthing of the sort and reset the ECU - or i was told
It started right up and took him less than 5 minutes
