I finally figuared out why my engine reved high, It was the hose that goes to the intake, It was to big. Now My turbo is .63 A/R and I have rev like 6,000 rpm or so to get 5 pnds of boost. I was wondering if I had a leak in the intercooler pipe. Or Do you think that turbo is to heavy to spin. Please let me know.

sounds like there is still a boost leak suwhere....
wastegate??? vaccum lines??? blow off valve???
what size diameter intercooler pipe are you using???
maybe a leak in the intake manifold???
