Hey
Hey all,
I have a 1995 dodge neon, have had trouble with it. Head gasket problems. I got a used engine dropped in it seems to be doing ok but the car is just getting old and was not treated well by the previous owner. Im looking maybe to just rebuild the car for fun, make it a reliable car again. New engine, transmission (which current one is giving me trouble), starter etc...! Just for fun and to learn. I would just buy another used car but i like my neon cause i know how it runs and what is wrong with it. How difficult would it be to drop in a new engine and tranny? Never really did that big of a job. Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks

RE: Hey
its fairly easy with the right tools and as long as you take your time it should go smoothly
easiest way to get the engine out of there is to just start taking stuff off.......as long as you know where it goes[&:]
the main thing you will probally have a problem with is removing the big hub nuts on the axel ends
