hey guys, im swappin a dohc motor into my 96 sohc and just need a heads up on what type of splicing and or modifying im going to be doing to my sohc wire harness... anybody with info pleeeease post it thanks a lot and all posts are appreciated!

 

Not much, it depends on what year DOHC you get. If it is from the same year, you may just have to splice the CTS, possibly the cam sensor. If it is from a different year, you may have to splice the MAP sensor, TPS, fuel injectors, alternator wires, the brown wire going to the starter, IAT, etc. Unless of course you use the SOHC injectors, and TB, then you would have very little splicing to do...
