Default should i ?
go with a 60mm throttle body or a 58 mm in my automatic neon ?

if the car is still mostly stock, i wouldnt go with either 1 of them

why would it matter would i have to go with a b***er fuel rail first then go with a b.i.g.ger throttle body?

Because without supporting mods the throttle body does no good. A b***er fuel rail? For what? Thats just silly! Spend your money on things that will make a difference. Put a cam in it or something.

AEM cam? Do they make cams for neons?

DON'T worry about fuel, that is unless you go forced induction or put a crazy cam in it.

ok thanks any one help me with telling me what upgrades i can get for this im getting the aem cold air intake for it. its a sohc auto any upgrades will help thanks

Dont go with the AEM WAI, find a used iceman or make a 3.0 CAI...
