Wired buzzing noise coming from inside the dash ( interior lights relay? )

Default Wired buzzing noise coming from inside the dash ( interior lights relay? )
Anyone know how to fix that?

pull out the relay/flasher....located just under the fuses in the side of the dash

Thanks for the replay. Yeah. I narrowed it down to that but what causes it? If I do that then I wont have any interior lights.
