Does anybody have a how-to or any basic instructions on how to re-tension or replace the front seat belts for a 1st Gen Neon? I've scoured the internet and this forum but can't seem to find anything. Both of my front seat belts are very worn out and generally just get pulled all the way out without any retraction overtime without driving.
