Question Mis fire codes

My daughters 99 DOHC is throwing mis fire codes, Misc, 1,2,3, and 4. This happens during highway driving. Replaced the crank sensor not to long ago due to a no start problem. probed the wires to see that it was working correctly. It is (was?) Replaced the coil pac at that time and checked spark, yes, and fuel presure, 49 psi. Have replaced the cam sensor at a previous tear down to replace a coolent tube. I'm thinking of putting the original coil pack in for sh@^%$ and giggles. Suggestions, comments, inquiries?

Plugs should be replaced every 10,000 miles with the stock copper Champions. Pull them and have a look. They may have oil on them causing a misfire. Make sure the wires are secure and pushed all the way down. Clean the leads on the coil pack to insure a good connection.
