Default bumper sticker remover

Hey does anyone know how to remove a bumper sticker off the rear bumper of a Neon? The sticker is like 9 or 10 years old and is nothing but white now and i would like to get it off before prom if its possible so does anyone know how to get it off?

Just peel it off and use some goo-be-gone. Alcohol works good. Maybe a hairdryer for some heat. It should not be too hard.

so goo-be-gone and such wont take the paint off with it? what about Goof Off?

goo-go-begone wont hurt the paint, any auto parts stor will sell something to take it off too.

ive used both goo gone and goof off, neither will hurt the paint any, but i think that goo gone works better, plus you can get it at walmart in the paint section

I use WD-40 with great success. Learned that from a detailer at the dealership I work at. Works on tar also. Just wash the area with Dawn detergent afterwards and rewax.

wd-40 also works for removing crayon and marked and all kinda stuff....its kinda the ultimate remover

thanks guys... it came off without a problem... used my moms hair dryer and then the goof off to get the residue off the bumper and now my bumper looks good again. thanks
