89 W150 won't start
 

318 with EFI throttle body. Fuel filter is 30 days old. Won't start. Will start and run until fuel is spent after pouring directly into throttle body. Is this a failed fuel pump? I can answer any questions for clarity of problem.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Check for Fuel Pressure and check for any codes.

If you have no fuel pressure then you will have to diagnose the ASD relay, power to the pump etc.
