Exclamation Does anyone know when the Magnum 360 started being put into use?

I have a 1990 Ramcharger and was under the impression that it was the LA? Danyone know if that is correct or is it a Magnum? Is there a way to tell visually?

LA was replaced by the Magnum in 1993.

I have been reading and from what I read the entire engine is different short of the crank shaft and block. I am curious to know if anyone has put a magnum into a truck that originally had an LA motor.

It's a popular swap. Get the wiring harness & ECU. You might want to do a gas tank swap as well, as the fuel pump is probably in the tank in the Magnum. The pump WILL be different from TBI to Magnum.
