Help finding a part and verifying a potential part.

So, I'm new here although I've lurked about a year or so.

I got a 1990 Dodge D250 (5.9L V8 and 4 speed auto) about a year ago, and I'm in the process of restoring it to working order. Blah blah blah lots of money and searching I've made it to the end of my restoration and hit a stumbling block: I can't find the last part I need.
Here's some (older) pictures of my truck: https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/1...c-069926b910e8

I need this part: https://fcapartsdb.com/genuine-part/...ake-lever.html

The parking brake lever bushing, part number #4383600.

Here's a good diagram of it, it's #24 on the picture

Can anyone find this part? I know it's discontinued so it's a long shot.

Part two:

I looked around on quite a few sites and I haven't been able to find it at all. However I was looking at LMC Truck for another unrelated part and found what seems to be the part. There is no part number to refer to, but it looks like what I need. A bushing for the parking brake cable.

I don't know if this is exactly what I need, is there any way I could verify it? Or do I have to contact LMC?

Any help with that would be appreciated!

Would that part come as part of a hardware kit for your rear brakes? They don't seem to be available by itself any more.

From what I can see the parking brake is it's own unit for the rear drum brakes. The kit I bought (and the kits I've seen) didn't include the anchor bolt, hold down spring, parking brake lever or that bushing.

I found the Bendix EGR disc conversion (since the parts used are more common and circumvents my current problem) but currently I can't afford it and I'm pretty tempted to just stick a heavy nut on the bolt since I only plan on running with the drums for about 3-6 months while I save for the disc conversion. I'm only planning on doing the drums for now since it's a heck of a lot cheaper (so far I've spent about $300 on the brakes including part shipping) than the dis conversion.
