Hey guys, don't have a working horn on the Ram 50, to my knowledge there's a connecting wire which connects to the wheel, and to the pressure switch where the horn is pressed, and when the key is in the on position it feeds power to the relay. Did the original horn wire run from the wires in the steering column switch?
