Default VIN decoding help!!..

Hi everyone, recently, I get a truck RAM 1990 model D-250 w/360 engine, my concern about this is that I can't find a vin decoding for the serial number LM0168609399356, this number is displayed on the dash, and on the door tag show as serial number LM016860, including in the engine deparment.
can anyone help me to solve/decode this serial number? aparently, was manufactured in Mexico.

Thanks in advance.

Neither one of those are valid VIN numbers.

Should be a tag on the dash, in the drivers side lower corner somewhere. (look from the outside.....) It should also be on the tire information sticker in the drivers door frame.

Did you check with your local DMV(assuming you are in the states) about registering it for the US? If that's what your plan is. #12 digit through17 is the sequence numbers for the US trucks.
