Default 1993 5.9 Magnum ECM?

Hello all, recently I went to start my pickup and it would crank but not fire. I noticed a burnt electrical smell, and sure enough a capacitor in the ECM has burst. The ECM in it is # 5602686, for the 5.9 magnum and manual transmission with federal emissions. Is it possible for me to substitute a different model year ECM or will it have to be the 1993? I imagine it will have to be a manual transmission ECM no matter what but I wasn't sure if the later years of the 5.9 magnum were compatible. I read that they changed to a two O2 sensor system to monitor catalytic converter health. Any info on either a substitute or where to look for the right ECM would be appreciated, thanks!
