Default Washer Fluid Nozzle Replacement

I've had my 2008 Dodge Avenger about a month, and the first time I went to use my wiper fluid, the driver side nozzle didn't spray. Upon investigation under the hood, I noticed the fluid tube hanging loose and the elbow nozzle connector had sheared off inside the hood.

It looks as though the elbow nozzle snaps into a seat within the hood.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Any tips on a quick fix? Is it possible to just rip out the seat along with the sheared off end of the elbow nozzle and replace, without causing damage to the hood?

The elbow connector has broken off on my 2008 dodge avenger also. I am unable to find the elbow and I don't want to go to the dealer.
Have you fixed yours and if so, where did you get the elbow connector?
