Hi I recently got into a car accident and it was on the passenger front side jumper and fender and it basically blew the head light apart and I bought a whole new one and light bulb and it won't work the high beam comes on when I try it but just not the low beam I changed the light again look down the wire harness too the light by cutting open the rubber around the wires inside and there not ripped and I'm not getting any power too the socket I checked with the tester. any help would be greatly appreciated thank u
