Default Passenger side head lights

Both the high and low beam on the passenger side of my 2008 Dodge avenger are not working. I changed both bulbs and no change. What do I check next?

Check the connector for corrosion then check for power to the connector.

i dont see any corrosion and i have 12 volts to each lamp but still not working.
