Do you know why Laramie? Was it just something that we can't see/something deleted?

 

A lot of what went on that lead up to his ban cannot be repeated because it happened behind closed doors or was in private conversations.

In summary: Miami's method of moderating was improper for this forum. When he was quietly urged to change his moderating style, he loudly ignored us. This resulted in the demotion from his staff position. De-modding a forum user never goes well, as most of you saw. In continuation of his way of thinking, he continued to persist in his nonconstructive ways. Again, he was asked to tone it down. Precautionary steps were taken to insure that he would not over-step while there was no one present to control the situation. Yet, Miami still persisted in his ways, refusing to compromise. Finally, he was removed from this forum.

Should you want to discuss the topic in greater detail, although I have given you everything I can, you can PM me. Let me be clear on one thing: I am not opening up this topic to discussion. This topic dies at the end of this post, and anyone who cannot read, or blatantly ignores this portion of the post will be warned and their posts removed.
