any member who is currently active and has been a member more then 30 days. somone must been nominated and then seconded by another person to be a contestant. so 10 people could be nominated but the first 3 to be seconded will run. no one can nominate or second themselves.

in order to vote you must have 50 post and 30 days of membership (site rule sorry)
