How is your power wire hook up is it going right to the battery?

ya it hooks directly to the batt and got a 25amp fuse on it

What about starting the truck letting it run for a little bit then trying the lights does it do the same? Almost sounds like its not getting enough power after start up

yah tried that but they still just make a buzzing sound

Bi xenon problem

Had a similiar problem with my '97. Found the feed back from the high beam circuit to the Fog Lamp relay#1 was the problem. I cut the L3 (RD/OG) lead to pin # 85 and added a separate ground. This solved two problems: the HIDs worked great and the Fog Lamps worked independantly from the headlamps - can be "on" with either Hi or LO beams. Hope this helps. I have a circuit diagram if you need.
