Replacing the Cat(s)?

First question is, how many cats does my car have? (03 Dak R/T 5.9)

Second question is, assuming I have to replace them, what are my options? Aftermarket and hi-flow cats are not a problem.

The truck is otherwise 100% stock right now.

Hmm i think the 01+ R/Ts have 3x cats, 4x o2's...

98-00 only had 1.. like mine.

As for replacement cats.. not sure, i useally just delete them..

I have 2 cats... I didnt put the exaust the previous owner did. I have, im assuming almost true duels. Each header has a pipe that goes into one muffler with 2 cats before the muffler.

there should be a 100k mile warranty on catalytic converters. call the dodge dealer and ask, if they're bad, you should get them replaced for free.

This goes along with the engine thread I have, where it overheated pretty bad, and its likely the cat(s) or O2 sensors will need to be replaced because of it.
