rack and pinion issue

like the title says, whenever im on the highway, which is 97% of my driving, i spend more time keeping the steering wheel to the right then to the left, and beside the fact the rack is leaking fluid right at the fluid input and return line, the passenger side boot was covered in steering fluid, my guess is the seal is failing, truck will pull to the left on the highway, no brakes applied, nothing hung up, i jerk the wheel to the left, instant response, then to the right, little more effort in the jerk, like possibly 3/4" - 1", ya may not seem like a lot but this thing gets me to school and back, without it, miss class, dont get my credits, get kicked out of college, what do you guys think? if it is my seal, replaceable or am i lookin at a new rack and pinion?, just need some opinions, thanks

I agree with Varsis. You might want to check your intermediate shaft while you're at it also.
