ok, i've taken out three bolts or screws from the headlight, what else do i do to get them to come out?

Thats it. Unless you forgot to unplug the headlight connector/park lights from the headlight assembly. Theres only 3 bolts holding the assembly in.

head lights are out and everything, it wiggles alot, there is some piece of black plastic behind the headlight close to the corners

When you said that it wiggles alot, what exactly did you mean by that?

it will come out some closer to the middle of the truck, it will move up and down, but it just wont come out

And you removed all the bulbs? Could you get a picture of it if its possible?

yeah, i'll try to in the morning, if i can get to it for a good enough picture. too dark now i've stopped fooling with it
