Electrical issues on 2000 Dakota--any ideas?

On my beater 2000, the following don't work:

--cruise control--no functionality, but indicator comes on dash when I attempt to engage.
--instrument cluster lights
--AC and blower motor--occasionally comes on, but generally not
--12V accessory plug and cig lighter--former worked until yesterday...

Interesting that not all failed at the same time. I had 50% of instrument cluster lights for awhile, then none. I had use of the 12V plug (to run an orange whoopie light) until yesterday, then zip.)

All fuses are intact. Are any or all of these controlled under one relay? I haven't tried replacing any of them yet. Any ideas where to start? Maybe some grounding issues?

Thanks in advance.

The cruise control, lighter socket and instrument cluster light problems are probably all caused by a bad Central Timer Module. The only way to test it to be sure is at the dealership with the DRB scan tool. The intermittent A/C blower motor not working may be because of a bad blower motor resistor pack. If that's not it it could be the control head, but I'd check the resistor first, it's a real common problem on Dakota's.
