Would a PCM from a 5.9 v8 2000 dakota 2wd work for the 318? If it does will it have any affect on my 4wd since they dont make a 360 with 4wd in 2000?

if the pcm is the same year it should work. Doesn't know if it's 4x4 unless you have the electronic ****. Mines a manual stick.

Cool thats what i was hoping. Im gonna get a PCM out of a 2000 Dakota 5.9, and put my v6 harness back in with injectors 7&8 wired into it, so maybe that all the stuff that is haywire with the v8 harness(tranny, evap, 02 sensors, and elec. fan) should straighten back out.

On car-part.com it asks if the pcm is out of a std/club/quad cab. Do you know why this would matter? I have a club cab, so i assume i should try to find one from a club cab, but whats the difference?

GOOD NEWS!(finally)

I got a pcm from a 5.9 2000 Dakota (7th different pcm ive tried so far)and my nobus problem is gone! All I have left is a few CEL bugs to work out and itll be about done.

where did you do with the other 6 2000 5.9 pcms? i need a few for SCT flashing..

i still have 3 pcms left over/

-00 dak 3.9

That was the first 5.9 pcm i tried.
