Default dakota doors

i got a 99 dakota and the doors have to be lifted a little in order to close tightly,is there bushings i can buy for them and how big a job is it to fix them?

I believe you canget new hinge pins and those should come with bushings. My driver door does it too

Let us know how you fix it, Ill need all the info I can get lol

ill check with the dealer around here,believe it or not there usually cheaper than the auto parts places

well my local deal sucks at life. My buddy went there to get his sway bar fixed on his wrangler (its a dodge and jeep, quiet the combo) and they are just a-holes. Rude and dumb as a stump.

But lemme know, if thats the cheapest option Ill go there and pick up parts lol

i know on my dads 1st gen, the lower hinge is a weld on, and his started pulling away from the door frame. So we bought a new hinge and had it welded on.
It had got so bad that we couldnt even open the door anymore!
