headlight problems i need help pleas

i have a 2001 dakota 2 wheel drive i got into and accedent off roading in my truck i smashed the right front headlight for the second time but i had to replace the fender this time so i took off the old one and put the new one on without any problems then when i had to put the headlight on i was cheking to see if they worked the blinkers and the tail lights work the low beams do not work but the high beams do but they flicker and so does the lights on the inside of the truck when i turn them on. also when the truck and the light switch is off and the keys arent even in the ignition i hear a buzzing noise comeing from the headlights what could that be

it sounds like your central timer module (ctm) does your truck have power options or manual stuff like crankers and manual doors?
if u have power u have to get one from dodge and have them program your key fobs and stuff
if not you can get one from them and install it yourself

yea i ahve power every thing and i got to key fobs but they need to be programed do i just take them to a dealer ship

yea i think they will charge you for it dont no what, i dont have power options so my ctm just was plug and play

wait for someone else to post to verify my ussumption
