Question Did I miss anything for the tune up??????

So I go this dakota about 2 weeks ago from my neighbor. Here is what I have done to it so far.

Changed
oil filter (Fram Tough guard)
oil (Valvoline Synthetic blend)
pcv valve (Fram)
air filter (Fram Extra Guard)
spark plugs (NGK V Power Cooper Plugs)
ignition wires (Summit Racing 8mm wire set)
distributor cap (Summit Racing )
ignition rotor (Summit Racing)

Not Changed Yet
Transmission filter
Transmission Fluid

Is there anything else I should change on this truck it has 208,000 and runs perfect. It has brand new tires also. The fuel filter from my understanding can't be changed because it is in the fuel tank.

there is one on the passsenger side valve cover that looks alike but that is the crankcase breather filter. or in english where the hot air from the engine comes out and goes back into the air intake system

oh i did that but not on purpose. my filler cap broke (the plastic coupler that connects the two top radiator hoeses togther. So I lost all antifreeze all over my engine. I replaced it and had to refill the antifreeze

This is the part that broke
