I believe you have to find a direct replacement, 02' 4x4 3.9, and auto or manual trans. The truck should run, but you should get the VIN and milage transferred. A dealer can take care of this for a fee.
Check EBay. There is a company that will "refresh" yours for $125, or send you out a "refreshed" unit and have you return yours as a core for $165.

they are 99.5% positive with almost 7000 sales, so they should be pretty good. I believe I even looked them up on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and they checked out OK.
