If you haven't done a oil change lately then try that as the filter might be clogging up causing the lifters to rattle. If that doesn't fix it get a oil pressure test to see if your oil pump is on its way out.

Default Thanks

We have changed the oil,and it still does it every once in awhile, could the oil pump be going bad? Oh and the oil change before that we had added Lucas oil stabilizer, could that have done any damage?

I don't think Lucas oil stabilizer would do any damage I have always used it in my dak especially when I deploy being gone for a year it doesnt get driven as much it helps prevent cold starts. I would definitley get an oil pressure test run and see if the pump is on it's way out or hasn't already gone out.
