dakota suspension lifts

I want to lift my dakota with a 4 inch suspension lift i have been searching all over the web and cannot find a suspension lift for my truck, Anybody have any recommendations, or tell me where to find one thanks

None exist. you can crank torsion bars for up to 2inches thats about it for suspension haha

i got my bars to go over 2" almost 2.5 and i put blocks under the rear end that are 2" and i just got a body lift of 3" that's as high as you can go without a SAS.

Blaze10 07-01-2011 07:49 AM

moparman_2004 07-01-2011 12:01 PM

ya i had checked into it for mine about 4 years ago and it was gunna run about 2500 so i scrapped that idea quicker then anything

2500 for a torsion bar lift is nuts! You can do a sas for cheaper than that

I haven't ever seen a 4 inch lift kit, but have seen a 5.5". I don't think they're made anymore though.

Blaze10 07-01-2011 11:40 PM

5.5" lifts are made for 97-99 by tough country..... rancho discontinued a 3" lift for our trucks.

dirtbiker 07-02-2011 12:58 AM

Yeah that's right it was only for 97-99. Not sure if theyre still made. And I also remember that 6" truckin suspension as mentioned above. Most of the stuff I read about the truckin kits said that they were crap.
