Smile 2 Questions: 2wd rear leveling and exhaust

I bought one of those really cheesy 3' front lift kits off ebay for my 2000 2wd. This is a strict pavement pounder and is for ascetics period. Which method of the rear leveling will give me the most level truck if the front is lifted 3"? I searched everywhere and see certain combinations of add-a-leaf kit and what not but they add up to 4 inches or so.... just want level.

2nd question. I live on Blessed (West) Coast and rust happens. Best cheap DUAL catback that utilizes a Flow master and maybe a magnaflow muffler with stainless steal tubing? I don't really care about mandrel bending cause I'm not dragging the truck or towing much more than a Harley, Gixxer or banshee. I don't want to spend to much on this, just want a nice throaty sound. if I went aluminumized steel, what kind of paint do you suggest to coat the rustable steel and especially the welded beads?

Thanks Gentleman!
