Arrow Exhaust for my AMC 150, looking to make the best outa what I got!

So I have the 2.5L I4 w/5-speed. I'm at the point where I can't just leave it alone (stock). My cat is bad; a chunk is rattling around in it. Truck is lacking the power it should have to one doing some tune up stuff as well.

Most importantly- get this question outa the way- Aftermarket exhausts. Nothing is sold for the 2.5L, it's all v6 or v8. Does one of the two follow the same route as my 4cyl exhaust does??

some times opening the spark plug gap by .010, if its not all ready over .050. may improve mpg or mph, but may not. i have never had do any thing bad. but check to see that it doesnt hit the piston or valves before useing it. all so if you drive hard go to a plug one heat range colder. .
