Help! Panic Alarm Sounds when I use the fob to unlock truck..

2003 4.7 4x4 Quad cab SLT.

Issue

Alarm goes off when I unlock the truck with the fob in the morning, not all the time though and it happens more when the truck is cold??

Very annoying to say the least.

Any ideas on a fix? Cause of the issue?
