You can get a 3 inch body lift from Performance Accessory and if you are in Ohio you can get it Summit Racing. You could also look at coil spring spacers for the front and blocks for the back. This is the kit from Summit. It runs $254. When I did mine it came with everything. The only changes I had to make were to the shroud and the lower radiator hose. This probably will not apply to you but when I did mine to put the extension on the steering you need to remove the shaft and I end up replacing mine. Also the filler neck for the gas tank has to come off and mine was rotted pretty bad so it was also was replaced
Yes all you need is a floor jack and some wood. Body by itself is not that heavy. And you will not find a suspension lift for these trucks. Because they have a rack and pinion steering system.
My truck is also a 2wd and i got a 2in coil spacer for the front. Couldnt do anything for the rear since the leaf springs go under the axle. Adding a block to the rear wouldnt do anything but lower it. The truck sits level but still isnt lifted enough for my liking

You can always put the axle under the springs. You would need to either weld on new spring perches or swap in a 4x4 axle, but you'd end up with 5-6" of lift in the rear. Not sure how you could lift the front to match, though.
I think making your own leaf spring hangers would be better. I think you can go +2" in back (from a chevy) and not screw up the pinion angle, but if you made a +1.5" front hanger and used a +2" hanger from a chevy on the back, you could probably make it work.
