Grinding/Rattling
 

I have a grinding/rattling noise that only happens when I shift from second to third and then sometimes when I floor it in fourth or doing 55, anybody have any ideas what this might be. Also when I floor it at 40 the torque convertor kicks in but it jumps gears before actually catching. It happens to at 3000 rpms and jumps all the way up to 7000 to 8000 rpms. If anybody has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the help.
