I recommend new lifters not trying to fix them like the video as they are most likely worn out the springs get weak.

This video explains things
The lifters get mucked up by low quality oil and or lack of oil changes as they start getting sticky you get lifter ticking.
The 4.7 needs a quality oil preferably a synthetic that keeps the lifters clean and regular constant oil changes.

This looks like a simple enough fix that the average guy that does his own wrenching can do.
Since my valve tick is so minor, I'm going to drive with the new fill of Mobil 1 full synthetic in the engine for a while and see if that corrects the situation. If not, it looks like I may have a lifter rebuild project in store.
One guy told me his lifters quieted down after he changed to full synthetic. Maybe I will be just as lucky.
