Questions for putting procomps rim and 32" tires
hey all;
Epic "what size will fit post" again.. Long list of things I'm fixing the dakota up, shes going in the shop in the next week at a buddies to do the intake repair and engine mounts.. then the tranmission leak>>
One thing on my list is new rims and tires... i've been browsing for a while and doing all kinds of searches and though it might save me a bit of time if someone knows the answer to my question.
Reading up on how offset and width will affect the amount of room you need for the tire to turn and body flex here:

and reading about some reporting rubbing wiht factory rims here:
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...-dakota-4.html
I'm wondering if i put these Procomps on my 97 4x4 with torsions cranked.. what is the equation i need to figure out to try and see if a 32" mud tire would fit with these rims offset. ?

OR direct me to the post that has the information? In short most people fitting 32" on cranked trucks seem to be the stock rims.. so I'm wondering if i put these procomps on if its going to limit the size i can go... so I'm trying to figure out what the actual measurements i need are to make them fit with out rubbing the fenders.. not worried about the frame i can put some wheel stops to prevent that..

I'm looking at the wrong information.. face palm.
Looking at the informaiton on line there is no real weay to verify rather the rim it self will clear the Drums in the specs i guess with out physically measuring the back side of the rim? width on the inside?

Its really ashame they dont list these aftermarket rims with the diam's so that people could know for sure rather it would fit or not LOL..
I see too many fo these same rims on Dak's in google search im about sure they probally fit no problem. But finding one with the - im looking for ; seems most are still + and not really finding any that are 0 offset.
Now im looking for what the factory offsets were for the 15" style oem rims to have something to compare too
