Ground strap?
 

Recently worked my truck and found the end to three ground straps. Two end on the passenger front fender. And one is down somewhere behind the passenger valve cover. Anyone know where they should be grounded? I am guessing that two straps go together but what about the other one?

What are they currently connected to on one end?
